Since the end of 2010, MARLOW have tucked themselves away to reinvent their sound and forge a brand of grandiose alternative pop rock that they are proud to stand behind.

Apart from a quick Melbourne tour and a few pop-up shows around Sydney, MARLOW have spent 2011 feverishly brewing behind closed doors...until now.

The time has come.

I Can Breathe is the debut single, and MARLOW are ready to stand tall and announce it with their return.

Much like the bands new lease on life, the single is bright and uplifting, powerful and tenaciously positive in its message.

"I Can Breathe came late in the writing process, but immediately spoke to us with the musical and lyrical direction it was taking", says guitarist Travis Wall. "It brought out new sounds, it brought out this ball of energy in all of us that rages gracefully throughout the song. We can't wait to finally bring it to life on stage along with the rest of our new stuff."

MARLOW will be debuting the single live on stage along with a brand new set of songs yet to be heard outside of the rehearsal space.
